Alberta Academy provides online language courses and is operated by CYTOO GLOBAL, LLC. We are not a university and do not provide degrees, Canadian campus programs, visas, or official examination results.

Choosing and purchasing a course

Courses are available. We discuss your level and goals to recommend a suitable course. Before payment, we provide the course name and level, included content, format, duration, access period, support, total price and currency, any fees and applicable taxes, payment instructions, delivery timeframe, and cancellation and refund conditions.

Review your course offer and ask for clarification before paying. Live lessons, certificates of completion, and other extras are included only when expressly stated in that offer. Official exam bookings and fees are separate.

Delivery through WhatsApp

After payment confirmation, we provide course access and instructions through WhatsApp using the contact details agreed with you. The specific delivery timeframe is stated before payment. If access has not arrived by that time or does not work, contact us with your payment reference and a description of the issue.

Cancellations, refunds & order problems

The cancellation and refund conditions for your selected course, including any treatment of registration or material fees and any deadlines, are explained before payment. Keep those conditions with your course offer and receipt.

To request a cancellation or refund, contact support with your order or payment reference, purchase date, and reason. Tell us if there is a duplicate charge, missing access, unusable materials, or a difference from the agreed course description. We review the request against the conditions provided for your order and applicable consumer rights. Do not send full card details.

Nothing in this guide removes rights that apply under law or changes the conditions previously agreed for an existing purchase.

Privacy notice

CYTOO GLOBAL, LLC is responsible for the personal information used to manage Alberta Academy inquiries and orders. This may include your name, email address, WhatsApp number, learning level and goals, course selection, payment reference, and support correspondence that you provide.

We use this information to answer inquiries, recommend a course, arrange enrollment, confirm payment, deliver access, and handle support and refund requests. Please provide only what is needed for your inquiry or order; do not send passwords, card security codes, or identity documents through WhatsApp or email.

WhatsApp communications are also subject to WhatsApp’s privacy terms. Any external payment provider identified during checkout handles payment information under its own terms and privacy notice. These providers may process information in other countries. Review their notices before using them.

Order and correspondence records may be retained where needed to deliver services, address disputes, and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. Contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information; some records may need to be retained for these purposes.
